Dedicated to Helping Families of Neurodivergent Children THRIVE through Connection, Compassion, & Inclusive care.
WELCOME:
The Founder, Angela , a nurse and mother of a child with autism and ADHD, created Neurodiverse Resource (NDR) after facing the same barriers many families experience—long waits, unclear guidance, and exhaustion. She built NDR to replace confusion with connection, and isolation with hope.
OUR MISSION:
To make every family feel supported, understood and empowered through specialized, compassionate care.
OUR VALUES:
Dignity: Every child deserves respect—beyond diagnosis.
Worth & Purpose: We nurture strengths and self-confidence.
Human Connection: We build bridges between families and care teams.

Specialized respite care gives families a safe, supportive break while ensuring their child is cared for by someone trained in neurodiversity. An SCW spends time with your child at home or in the community, helping with routines, regulation, play, and comfort. It’s a planned, reliable way for families to rest while their child is supported by someone who understands their needs.

Our integration aids support your child at school, daycare, or camp by helping with routines, communication, emotional regulation, and participation. They work closely with educators and families to ensure your child feels safe, understood, and included throughout their day.

We provide specialized tutoring that supports both learning and daily life skills. Our SCWs help with homework, organization, emotional regulation, and confidence while building skills your child can use at home, at school, and in the community.

We are proud to partner with Laurus Summer Camp to support inclusive camp experiences. We provide one-to-one integration support and thoughtful planning so neurodivergent campers can participate, feel supported, and enjoy camp in a way that works for them.
